TRAINING OPTIONS

  • ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

    Personal training in a private, exclusive setting that focuses on understanding each client’s health and exercise history to create personalized, realistic goals. The intent is to promote individualized progress, prioritizing both physical well-being and personal comfort.

  • GROUP TRAINING

    Training in small groups is similar to one-on-one training. This is not a boot camp style session. Each client will still have their own individualized programs based on their own goals and needs.

  • SPORTS & REHAB TRAINING

    Working with clients recovering from or managing injuries takes a careful, individualized approach, focusing on rebuilding strength and mobility while avoiding re-injury.

  • VIRTUAL / REMOTE TRAINING

    Virtual personal training offers clients the flexibility to work out on their own schedule while receiving personalized guidance and accountability from us, even with limited equipment.

CLIENTS TEND TO SEEK OUT A CUSTOMIZED EXERCISE PROGRAM BECAUSE THEY WANT MORE MOBILITY AND STRENGTH. THE PROPER PROGRAMMING WITH AN EMPHASIS ON NUTRITION WILL ACHIEVE IMPROVEMENTS IN OVERALL PHYSICAL HEALTH.
